When you request a consultation, we collect the contact details, contact preferences, message, and calculator summary you choose to submit. We also record the consent language shown to you, the time of consent, and the page from which the request was submitted. The calculator can be used without submitting the consultation form.

Information is used to respond to your request, review potential HECM options, maintain appropriate consent and business records, protect the service from misuse, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

How information is shared

Consultation requests may be shared within Heritage Reverse Mortgage and with service providers that operate the website, lead database, email notifications, or Heritage-authorized CRM. Consumer information is not sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in the website’s protected database and may also be delivered to Eric by email and recorded in Heritage’s Google Sheets CRM. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, compliance, and recordkeeping requirements.

Communications and choices

You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. You may also contact Eric to request correction or deletion of your information, subject to legal and compliance retention requirements. Choosing not to consent to calls or texts does not prevent you from requesting information through another available channel.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This site links to third-party resources whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
